基本工作职能：

  • 为儿童、成人、夫妇和家庭提供个性化治疗。

  • 提供临床评估和心理健康诊断。

  • 完成临床适当的文件并及时完成。

  • 根据需要为客户及其家人提供支持性案例管理服务。

  • 与当地推荐来源和社区合作伙伴保持积极的关系。

 

教育/经验要求：

  • 需要爱荷华州的 LMSW 或临时心理健康临床许可证；首选 LISW、LMHC、LMFT。

  • 2年以上提供心理健康服务的经验。

  • 有有效的驾驶执照和汽车保险双语优先，不是必需的。

 

好处：

  • 为个人支付医疗保险费（爱荷华州的 BC/BS）。可购买家庭保险。

  • 每周工作 37.5 小时。

  • 从开始之日起 4 周的带薪假期。

  • 15 天带薪假期，外加病假。

  • 提供短期和长期残疾。

  • CEU 和执照已支付。

  • 无论员工投入多少，将 3% 的工资投入 403B 计划。最多可以额外投入 3%，总共匹配 6%。

I love working at Catholic Charities because of the sense of community here. Our team cares about each other - and does what they can to help one another - even if not part of the job description. For instance, when a co worker’s spouse was going through cancer treatments, another co-worker took time on a day off to help her paint, something she wanted to get done but wasn’t able to do on her own.
 
I also appreciate that my time off from work is truly my time off. When I am not here, I don’t get phone calls about work. If I am gone from work, I know not only is my job taken care of, my clients are as well. When I am sick, my clients are triaged and rescheduled. They are able to use the on-call line to get help in a crisis, I don’t have to worry about my clients when I am away.
