What is Anxiety?

Signs and Symptoms

Anxiety:

Your mental health is as important as your physical health, and it is essential to monitor how you are doing.

How do you know if you are just a little anxious, or if what you are experiencing is actually a mental illness like Anxiety? In the video to the right, Clinical Director Benita Triplett, LISW, shares the signs and symptoms to watch for in yourself, your kids and your loved ones.

Thinking about mental health conditions may be scary, but very often with professional counseling, Anxiety Disorders and other mental illnesses such as Depression or PTSD are treatable. Mental health conditions are quite common.

People get better and live happier, more productive lives.

If you think you may have anxiety, or if you simply have questions and wish to speak with a licensed therapist, we are here for you.
