Mental Health Therapist-In School & Work from Home
$5,000 Sign-On Bonus

RESPONSIBILITIES:
-
Provide therapy and early intervention services to children and families in the Catholic school system in northwest Iowa. During the summer months, provide therapy services through telehealth or in one of our satellite offices.

Conduct skill-building educational classes with students.
-
Provide supportive case management services to clients and their families, as needed.
-
Maintain positive relationships with and provide consultation to teachers and school staff.
-
Maintain clinical records in accordance with policy, as well as third-party payors & licensure requirements.

Provide support and guidance to other staff and function as a productive member of the team.
EXPERIENCE:
-
LMSW or provisional mental health clinical license in the state of Iowa required, or license-eligible required.
-
Experience preferred-2+ years providing mental health services.
-
Have a valid driver’s license.
-
Good verbal and written communication skills.
-
Bilingual preferred, not required.

37.5 hour work week.

Mileage is paid during the school year.

4 weeks paid vacation from start date.

CEU's and licensure paid.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

Provide life changing therapy services to children, adults, individuals and families.

Develop and maintain positive relationships with referral sources and other community partners.

Maintain clinical documentation that is meaningful to the client and in accordance with policy, as well as third-party payors & licensure requirements.
EDUCATIONAL/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

LMSW or provisional mental health clinical license in the state of Iowa required; LISW, LMHC, LMFT preferred.

Experience of 2 years providing mental health services.

Have a valid driver’s license and auto insurance

Bilingual preferred, not required.
